- ↑ Ruth Bennett served from the National Convention 2022 to January, 2013. Jim Lark served as secretary pro tem prior to David Blau taking office. The minutes during this period of time had to be finalized by Alicia Mattson during the following term.
- ↑ Tim Hagan (Fall 2021 to 4 December 2021) and John Wilford (4 December 2021 to 29 May 2022) were selected by the LNC to serve as Secretary during the period following the removal of Caryn Ann Harlos on 5 September 2021, but this removal was declared "null and void" at the 2022 national convention. so that her second term is considered uninterrupted. She is presently serving a fourth term, a distinction she shares only with Bob Sullenthrup.
