Pipp Marshall Boyls (born March 26, 1944) is a co-founder of the Libertarian Party, having served on the Committee to Form a Libertarian Party and as Vice-Chair on the Steering Committee of the Libertarian Party. His Colorado Springs home in El Paso County Colorado was the site of significant early Party events.

Boyls was born on March 26, 1944 in Lubbock, Texas, a son of Guy Keith Boyls and Lois Margarite Buck. He attended Harvard Law School.
