Jillian Olsen (née Pulham) (born August 23, 1978) is the current Treasurer for the Libertarian Party of Kings County and 1st Alternate At-Large Member of the Libertarian Party of California Executive Committee. She has been a member of the Libertarian Party since 2016. Formerly a Republican, she is a classical liberal ideologically. She was a supporter of Austin Petersen's bid for the Libertarian Party presidential nomination in 2016. She has also been a past supporter of libertarian Republicans such as Ron Paul, Rand Paul, and Justin Amash. She was previously a member of the Libertarian Party Mises Caucus and is currently a member of the Reform Caucus of California.

She was a delegate seated with the delegation of the Libertarian Party of California at the 2022 National Convention.

She is married to Kenneth Brent Olsen and is mother to three children and four step-children. She also has two grandchildren. She is the Campaign Treasurer for Kalish Morrow's 2020 campaign for Hanford City Council.

Kalish Morrow's 2020 Campaign for Hanford City Council

Kalish Morrow announced her intent to run for Hanford City Council District B on May 3, 2019. Kenneth Brent Olsen is her Campaign Manager and Jillian Olsen is her Campaign Treasurer.
