Bylaws and Rules Committee (2022)
The Bylaws and Rules Committee recommends bylaw amendments and convention rule amendments to the assembled delegates during national conventions. Those amendments are then debated and voted on by the delegates.

Alex DiBenedetto, Dan Fishman, Tim Hagan, Richard Longstreth. Dr. Chuck Moulton, Valerie Sarwark, Steve Scheetz, Paige Sexton, David Valente, and Francis Wendt were appointed to the committee by the LNC via email ballot started on March 7, 2021. Tim Hagan, Richard Longstreth, Valerie Sarwark, David Valente, and Francis Wendt were LNC members (up to 5 committee members may be LNC members).
Omar Recuero was appointed first alternate and David Sexton was appointed second alternate to the committee by the LNC on March 31, 2021. Alex DiBenedetto resigned from the committee on June 16, 2021, which elevated Omar Recuero to a full committee member. Francis Wendt resigned from the committee on June 19, 2021, which elevated David Sexton to a full committee member. Ken Moellman was appointed alternate to the committee by the LNC on July 30, 2021. David Valente resigned from the committee on October 2, 2021, which elevated alternate Ken Moellman to a full committee member. Paige Sexton resigned from the committee on March 18, 2022. David Sexton resigned from the committee on March 20, 2022.
Paige Sexton was appointed interim chair of the committee by the LNC on March 21, 2021. Paige Sexton was elected chair of the committee on March 15, 2021. Chuck Moulton was elected secretary of the committee on March 15, 2021. Paige Sexton resigned as chair of the committee on September 4, 2021. Steve Scheetz was elected chair of the committee on on September 20, 2021.
