Talk:Libertarian Party US Presidential Election Results
Most of the Presidential election results are either reported by the Federal Election Commission
http://www.fec.gov/pubrec/electionresults.shtml
Or the Clerk of the House of Representatives
http://history.house.gov/Institution/Election-Statistics/Election-Statistics/
A few of the early write-in vote totals that aren't included in the above sources were found in archived versions of the Libertarian Party web site

I added photos for most of the candidates, but they are just whatever I could find on other pages, and some do not date from the time of the campaigns in question (some not even close). It would be better to replace them with ones from the actual campaign years, as such can be found. JWD3 (talk) 14:39, 15 January 2019 (CST)
The statement in the paragraph about 1996 "Due to the personal wealth of both men, the campaign was able to get on the ballot in all 50 states." made no sense. First, Jo Jorgensen is a woman. Second, I don't remember her being particularly wealthy. And I don't recall that Harry Browne, even though he was somewhat wealthy, paid for all or most of it. He may well have make the difference in some states, but I think a lot of it was organizing and fundraising by the party as a whole. So I have replaced this sentence with one that does not make quite as strong a claim. JWD3 (talk) 14:39, 15 January 2019 (CST)
