New Name and Status

Now that LNC is talking about creating its own campaign committee, it has come to our attention that the info on name and status are wrong here. I'll only change content for now. You would do it as a redirect to the new name - but please document in the article what you know about the name change. You may wish to update the article about the pending LNC motion as well. Thanks for reminder on "redirect" language so I can search for how it is done on this wiki. (Slightly different than Wikipedia.) Had power failure all day that killed my draft changes here and some unsaved notes on my hard drive, so have to regain momentum. I'm sure there's LNC secretary notes and other sources. The re-direct is in the "More" section right next to the search box above. I am sure there are notes - haven't run across them yet. There is so much information still to get in here. Got around to putting couple hours into this. Took out officers since not clear who they are. (LNCC.org website down; perhaps for revamp after I asked Rutherford some questions.) I am not sure if the past LNC Chair claim that LNC Chair has to be on LNCC board was or is currently true. The original LNC minutes were unclear if having the LNC chair involved was just a one time thing. (Maybe there's still a "clarify" tag but I don't feel like looking now.) I'll ask Rutherford to clarify. If they have their Bylaws available on their web site, that would help. LP-1979 (talk) 23:41, 7 August 2017 (CDT)
