This is a timeline of the Libertarian Party of New York.
Timeline
- April 22, 1972 - first meeting of the LPNY, held at the Williams Club in Manhattan and chaired by Ed Clark.
- May 21, 1972 - second meeting of the LPNY. Other officers are elected.
- July 16, 1972 - meeting held, Jerome Klasman takes over as Chair.
- September 11, 1972 - meeting held.
- September 17, 1972 - meeting, in which a Platform Committee is established.
- November 10, 1972 - meeting held.
- November 12, 1973 - meeting held.
- January 9, 1973 - meeting held.
- January 22, 1973 - meeting held. The Libertarian Abortion Action Group and the Bronx Libertarian Club are chartered.
- February 11, 1973 - meeting held.
- March 30—April 1, 1973 - first LPNY convention, Andrea Millen is elected Chair.
