Frank Worley (b. 1968) is a songwriter, author, and political activist (libertarian). Worley, along with Jose Julio Diaz, founded the original Puerto Rico Libertarian Party during the 1990s.

Biography

Worley in California in 1968, he released two CD's (Bits n Pieces and Revolution) via CD Baby and released a Christmas song 'A Soldier's Christmas - not alone.' He is the author of 4 ebooks (available on amazon.com), Toy Farm Lemonade, The Beagle and the Dolphin and A Puerto Rican Manifesto which was based loosely on Republic of Franktopia. Worley served as a public affairs officer for the US Navy at Roosevelt Roads Naval Station in Puerto Rico and as a PAO for the US Army Corps of Engineers after having previously worked in various radio and TV positions for a number of years. He also served as a Special Aid to then President of the Puerto Rico Senate Charlie Rodri­guez.
