Andrew Nappi (February 4, 1954–February 23, 2023) was a devoted promoter of Liberty and Freedom, a constitutional expert, and the CEO and CFO at The Florida Tenth Amendment Action Center. He was a Ron Paul supporter in 2008 and 2012. He possessed deep knowledge of the U.S. Constitution and U.S. history. Andrew was known as “The Florida Tenther” because of his passionate support of the 10th Amendment.

Florida Tenth Amendment Action Center

Nappi was the original Florida Tenth Amendment Center state director. He was blessed to be able to work with Michael Boldin in the early days and was passionate about state nullification and the duty to resist federal overreach.

Few have contributed to the libertarian movement than Texas Congressman Dr. Ron Paul’s 2008 and 2012 campaigns for President by sparking a renewal of interest in limited constitutional government. Nappi spoke at the "Nullify Now!" event held on October 10, 2010 in Orlando.

The renewed interest in limited government generated by Ron Paul's campaigns led to the creation of a network of local “Tenth Amendment Centers,” of which Nappi was a key organizer.
