Katherine Youngblood Glass is a Texas Republican and an attorney in Hockley, Texas. She first joined the Libertarian Party in 1978, ran for Attorney General in 1982, and served on the State Libertarian Executive Committee from 1982 to 1984. She is the former chair of the Harris County Libertarian Party.

On March 17, 2012, Kathie Glass was elected Chair of the Harris County Libertarian Party and served as Chair until 2022 when she was removed for voting in the Republican Party primary.

In February 2022 she and her husband Tom Glass were censured by the LPTexas for sharing data with Tom's unsuccessful campaign to be the Republican nominee for Texas House of Representatives for District 17.

In 2010, she defeated two-time gubernatorial nominee Jeff Daiell for the Texas LP's gubernatorial nomination.

She is a graduate of the University of Georgia and the Georgia School of Law.
