The Wayne Shut the Door is a viral fad/ear worm (represented by this meme) caused by a hot mic at the National Convention 2020 in which LNC Secretary Caryn Ann Harlos shouted at her husband to shut the door (which turns out is a frequency occurrence during meetings as apparently they have loud pets and a drafty computer room. This fad/ear worm led to launches of merchandise of the below member on t-shirts and was seen on an all-over maxi skirt at the National Convention 2022 at which Caryn Ann used it on campaign buttons. If you listen closely during the announcement of the Secretarial race results, you can hear at least one person shouting "Wayne, shut the door!" from the back of the room.
