Multiple video were found in the Libertarian Party historical archives by the Libertarian Party Historical Preservation Committee. This tape was part of a collection of 2-inch Quadraplex Broadcast reels stored since the 1970s through many trials and tribulations. This was converted by Charles Seward of VideoPark in September 2017. The video was shot on June 23, 1976 for client Eli Prod. by Byron Color Correct Video Services in Washington DC.
