Roberto Alvarez-Galloso,CPUR is a Libertarian/Independent in Principle and by Vote. He was born in Ohio in 1962. Mr. Alvarez-Galloso received his Doctor of Medicine Degree from Universidad Central del Este in the Dominican Republic [1985]. Mr. Alvarez-Galloso then turned his attention to studying Utilization Review. He received the Certification of Professional in Utilization Review in 1997. He is also the author of "Defensive Documentation and More/ Documentacion Preventiva", and two E Books "Cutting Health Care: The Pros and Cons" and "Defensive Documentation and More/Documentacion Preventiva Volume II". He has these books published on his website: alvarez-galloso.us/ Mr. Alvarez-Galloso,CPUR believes in the need for a less intrusive state and common sense approach for government . He explained this once in an interview that he gave for BBC Radio Nottingham in 2004. In this interview, he brought up the subject of if an alternative party has no possibility of winning, why do the Republicans and Democrats go through the trouble of excluding alternative parties? He also signed the petition by the Libertarian Party for the Iraq Exit Strategy.
