Thank you for your contributions to LPedia and in helping with reconstructing one of our state parties. If you've looked at my user page, you probably know everything about me that I'd handily think to say about myself here.

Do you have any observations, ideas, suggestions, complaints, or other about what you see here? How much time and energy do you have to spare for LPedia? If you're interested in seeing what more you can do for the LPWV article, probably the best state party articles at the moment are Libertarian Party of Wisconsin and Libertarian Party of Michigan -- although my incomplete attempt at a complete set of state party chairs remains choppy (it's better than what I have for Texas).

Please don't hesitate to dive in deeper if you can manage it. 8) I've not been able to give LPedia the time I wish I could in recent months.

Thank you very much for your continued work on this site. I'm sorry to say that I've been having significant technical difficulties lately, and I'm about to disappear until the second half of next week to a place where I won't have internet access (and possibly not even computer access).

I've been needing to get back in touch with Corey Stern about his efforts with a test upgrade. An upgrade has been planned for more than a year, but has run into delays and complications, not the least of which is the difficulty of upgrading 1.3 to even 1.5 or 1.6, let alone to 1.10 or 1.11.

I also have no server access. I know what a PITA it is to revert things without sysop access in here. Been there, done that. 8( I'm sorry to leave that mess to other people.

I'll try to get ahold of Corey Stern and see if there's any progress, but I have too much to do and am in no shape to do any of it right now. In a pinch, you might try contacting Shane Cory or Corey Stern directly. Mention LPedia and your work with getting LPWV up and running again.

One source (okay, the main one) I used for several state pages (when I had both the time and energy -- as you can see I didn't finish) for legacy information is to hit various iterations of the web site with the Internet Archive. You may find a nugget that can fill you in on far older stuff. I need to get around to trying that with Texas or better still try to spend some quality time in Houston with someone who has access to actual physical documentation.

LNC Regions

Have you given thought to the handling of historical LNC regions? It's about to become a factor given the imminent national convention. I'll wait on adding the previous set of regions (2004-2006) until the current set is rearranged accordingly. 8) -- Strangelv 11:14, 19 May 2008 (UTC)

I believe I can get at least the 2004-2006 regions. If you can get to the bottom of where we might be able to access historical records (doesn't need to be general public access for our most important needs) it would help enormously. I will be in Denver sometime in the afternoon or evening of Thursday, depending on how the road trip goes. I'm one of the delegates for Texas. -- Strangelv 14:32, 20 May 2008 (UTC)

Combine?

Have you thought about combining this page with the "Matthew D Harris" page and making this one a redirect to that one? Miros1 19:23, 22 May 2012 (UTC)
