Vote totals are here: http://www.fec.gov/pubrec/electionresults.shtml
Or here: http://history.house.gov/Institution/Election-Statistics/Election-Statistics/

LP endorsed candidates were checked against this list for 2010 - 2014: http://www.lp.org/election-results
And, when available, against old issues of: http://ballot-access.org/print-issues/
And also checked with http://www.dcpoliticalreport.com/index.htm
Candidates listed on the ballot as Independents are noted with (I).

Cross endorsed candidates are listed with "+" and the other political party (Republican, Progressive, Pacific Green, etc.)
The occasional special elections to finish an incomplete terms are differentiated by labeling them "Full Term" and "Unexpired"

There are almost certainly write in candidates missing and, in the early years, possibly other LP endorsed candidates who were listed on the ballot as Independent. There also may be candidates included who should not be. I came across 23 Liberal, 1 Republican, and 1 Independent (Socialist) who were incorrectly labeled as Libertarians on the sites listed above.

Candidates, Votes, and Votes Per Candidate in the Statistics section include all candidates on the ballot, write in candidates, candidates listed as "independent", the Libertarian line of cross endorsed candidates, and the D.C. Delegate and Shadow Representative candidates. Averages were calculated by dividing those Votes against the sum of votes for all libertarian opponents, rather than, as wikipedia does, the sum of votes for all US Congressional races, regardless of whether or not the race was contested by a libertarian candidate.
