Does anyone know how to fix the reference error that's happening here? Citation #1 is supposed to go here and looks fine in the editor, but after publishing it has a reference error and the link is gone from the footnotes. --NickGausling (talk) 11:25, 19 July 2023 (CDT)

It looks like you are formatting use wikipedia syntax which is a bit different. Below is how it should look. You don't need to put a title on references but if you do it should be at the end of the article. Let me know if that helps. We don't put in numbers either.
