Steve Minogue was the 2nd Vice-Chair of the Interim State Committee of the Libertarian Party of New York from April 26 to September 17, 2020.

He is an At-Large Committee Member of the Free Libertarian Party, Inc. of the Libertarian Party of New York, having been elected in December 2018, filling a vacancy as a result of the resignation of Hesham El-Meligy. He was also the Deputy Communications Director from 2018 to 2019.
