Bill was elected Chair of the [[Libertarian Party of Michigan]] three times, serving from 2007-08, 2008-09 and 2017-19.  He served as Vice Chair of the [[Libertarian Party of Michigan]] from 1987-88. He served as LPM Political Director 2009-11 and has served as Assistant Treasurer since 2012.  Bill served as a member from 1981-87 on the LPM's Libertarian Executive Committee and on the LPM Judicial Committee from 1991-92,1995-2007 and 2009-17.
