Richard "Rich" Cooper was Chair of the Libertarian Party of New York from 2000 to 2002 and 2006 to 2007. He also served as a Vice-Chair and At-Large Committee Member.

Biography

In 1998, he managed Chris Garvey's campaign for Governor of New York.

Cooper was Chair of the Libertarian Party of New York for three terms and also served as Vice-Chair and Member-At-Large.

He was a delegate to the 2016 National Convention.

He is a brother of Roger Cooper.
