Richard Bell is a Libertarian Party activist. He is a former Chair (2018-2019) and Treasurer (2019-2021) of the Staten Island Libertarian Party. He also served on the State Committee of the Libertarian Party of New York.
Biography
Bell was a delegate to the Libertarian National Convention in 2016. He was invovled in the Staten Island Libertarian Party, serving as Chair (2018-2019) and Treasurer (2019-2021).
