The Libertarian Party of Montgomery County, Ohio (short name: Libertarians of Montgomery) is a county-level affiliate of the Libertarian Party of Ohio, chartered on March 3, 2021, after the LPO bylaws change which removed the requirement for county-level affiliates to maintain a Central Committee.
In February 2023, Libertarians of Montgomery welcomed Presidential candidate Mike ter Maat.
In August 2024, Libertarians of Montgomery coordinated with the Hamilton County Libertarian Party of Ohio to host an event for Presidential nominee Chase Oliver.

In January 2023, a special election was held to fill the vacancy after Chris Abney resigned. Dan Zink was elected.
In June 2023, chair and founder J'Anthony Williams announced his resignation. At-Large representative Josh Umbaugh was elected to fill the Chair vacancy, and Michael Lopez was elected to fill the At-Large vacancy.
