LPedia:Copyright Waiver Form

Following is general language that can be used for a copyright waiver form to allow the LPHPC to make use of material in any medium.

I __________________ as owner of the copyright for __________________ hereby give permission for the Libertarian Party Historical Preservation Committee to reproduce and distribute these materials for the purpose of documenting or promoting awareness of Libertarian Party history, on any web site or other electronic publication facility (including but not limited to LPedia and commercial or non-commercial social media platforms), in printed form, or in any other form that now exists or that may become available in the future.

Following are several versions of language that can be used for a copyright waiver form for items to be used specifically on LPedia.

I __________________ as owner of the copyright for __________________ hereby give permission for the Libertarian Party Historical Preservation Committee to publish these materials on LPedia under a Creative Commons Attribution Required (CC-BY) license.

I __________________ as owner of the copyright for __________________ hereby give permission for the Libertarian Party Historical Preservation Committee to publish these materials on LPedia with a notice that I reserve any further distribution rights.
