The Libertarian National Committee met 16-17 April 2011 at the Sheraton Suites in Alexandria, Virginia, with Chair Mark Hinkle presiding and Secretary Alicia Mattson taking minutes.

At this meeting, members were elected to fill vacancies in At Large positions, members were appointed to the APRC, a budget was adopted for 2011, and a form was approved for organizations applying to be state-level affiliates.
