The Libertarian National Committee met 11-12 November 2006 in Alexandria, Virginia, with Chair Bill Redpath presiding and Secretary Bob Sullentrup taking minutes.

At this meeting, goals for the term were adopted, a budget for 2007 was approved, and Geoff Neale resigned as Treasurer and was replaced by Aaron Starr.
