The Libertarian National Committee's Executive Committee is a subcommittee created by the LNC to act on party business between meetings of the full LNC. It can exercise most of the routine powers of the LNC. Its meetings normally take the form of a teleconference (by telephone or other electronic communication service.)

Note: The name "Executive Committee" was also used early in the Libertarian Party's history for what is now called the LNC. Information from that period relating to meetings, minutes, reports and so on of the Executive Committee in that sense can be found in the corresponding articles about the LNC.
