Jay A. Carr is a Libertarian Party activist. He was Chair of the Albany County Libertarian Party from 2021 to 2023. Previously, he was Chair of the Ulster County Libertarian Party from 2020 to 2021. In 2020, he won the Libertarian Party primary for Saugerties Town Justice as a write-in candidate.
