Gail Lynn Pennebacker Bova (October 18, 1954—January 14, 2000) was Chair of the Libertarian Party of New York from 1994 to 1995.
Biography
Bova was born on October 18, 1954 in Trenton, New Jersey. She gradated from Point Park College. She married John Robert "Jack" Bova.
Bova was elected Chair of the Libertarian Party of New York at the 1994 convention and served for one term.
She died on January 14, 2000 at the age of 43.
