1) The first Chair of the LPRI was Stewart Engel (elected 3/12/1977) but he had to resign at the end of August that year due to a sudden job change that forced him to move to Virginia. Antonio (aka "Anthony" or "Tony") A Fiocca served as acting chair for a while after Engel's departure. The first signature looks like "Antonio A. Fiocca". 4) The treasure listed on this is most likely Alan Fruzzetti. He is listed as a member of the Excom in the October 1978 newsletter.
