OCNYLP Demands Dr. Jo Jorgensen be on the Next Debate Stage

Press release

930/20— The Orange County New York Libertarian Party urges the Commission on Presidential Debates to include Libertarian presidential candidate Dr. Jo Jorgensen in the next two presidential debates. Millions of Americans witnessed the absolute fiasco that was yesterday evening's debate between President Trump and Joe Biden, a national embarrassment and a disgraceful moment in our country's history. Americans deserve better. They deserve to hear from a viable alternative to the two-party establishment duopoly, especially when the very best the duopoly has to offer are two terrible, temperamental psychotic old men.

Neither Trump nor Biden presented any real solutions to the problems America faces last night, and neither are going to bring about the prosperity, liberty and justice for all they and their parties have been promising for decades. Dr. Jorgensen will. She has the answers. She has a different vision for America, one where the individual is empowered to make the changes he or she wants to see. Trump and Biden are using hate and fear to divide us, while Dr. Jorgensen embraces love, hope and brotherhood.

So many people visited Dr. Jorgensen's website, jo20.com, in search of a better candidate that the high volume caused it to crash! Americans want to hear her message! They want to let her speak!
Dr. Jorgensen will appear on the ballot in all 50 states and D.C. right alongside Trump and Biden. Last night's spike in Google searches for "libertarian candidate" and "Jo Jorgensen" demonstrate that there is no reason to silence the only woman in the race and exclude her from the other debates.

Therefore, the Orange County New York Libertarian Party demands that the Commission on Presidential Debates includes Dr. Jo Jorgensen in the next two presidential debates, so Americans can make an informed choice at the polls this November.
