Minutes of the Libertarian Party of Denton County Texas (LPTX-Denton)
Sunday 11 October 2009 at Cupboard Cafe in Denton.

Attending:
James Gholston, chair
Lelon Ginn, treasurer
John Shuey, former acting treasurer


The meeting was called to order at 14:35.

  • John Shuey transferred the county party financial records to Lelon Ginn
  • The purchase of 1000 miniature push cards was approved without objection.
  • The minutes of the second meeting of 19 September 2009 were approved without objection.
  • The minutes of the first meeting of 19 September 2009 and the minutes of the 29 August meeting were approved without objection.
  • The meeting was adjourned at 15:17.
