Resolved at the December 7-8 1985 LNC Meeting: 

PERSONAL LIABILITY OF NATCOM MEMBERS: RESOLVED, that we re-adopt Resolution 239, amended to include a requirement that the Contract Provision Liability Clause be included in all contracts.
