Resolved at the December 7-8 1985 LNC Meeting: 

NON-NATCOM MEMBERS AS COMMITTEE CHAIRS: RESOLVED, Any National Party member in good standing may be appointed Chair of a National Party Committee. It is strongly recommended that all members of a National Party committee attend at least one National Committee meeting per year.
