Resolved at the December 4-5, 1982 LNC Meeting: 

RESOLVED, A Legal Action Committee is hereby created under the 'General Guidelines for Action Committees' to investigate, recommend, and coordinate legal action on behalf of and in support of the Libertarian Party.

Note: This was indexed in an official Resolution Index and identified as Resolution 239 therein. It is noted that this was amended at the December 7-8, 1985 meeting. This is the amended language.
