Resolved at the March 31-April 1, 1984 LNC Meeting: 

VOTE TOTALS NOT MEMBERSHIP: RESOLVED that National Office at all times conform to Standing Resolution 44 (Section Al on avoiding misstatements, specifically that vote totals not be described as membership.
