Resolved at the May 3-4, 1980 LNC Meeting: 

All wording on material produced by the Libertarian Party shall be regarded as integral to the piece, and no wording shall be added to materials after approval of their form and content by the National Committee or the Advertising/Publications Review Committee. It is understood that this resolution shall not apply to copyrights, addresses, e t c.
