Document:LNC Resolution 16 June 1974 Regarding Mail Ballots

Resolved at the June 16, 1974 LNC Meeting:

The Secretary shall send reports of Minutes and Mail Ballots to National Committee members, including alternates. Any Party member may obtain, at his or her cost, copies of all reports of Minutes, Mail Ballots or other matter circulated to National Committee members as part of the regular members of the Party. A list of such materials shall be available from National Headquarters on request and may be sent to State Chairs periodically and/or advertised in LP News. 

Note: This was indexed in an official Resolution Index and identified as Resolution 14 therein. That document also seems to note that this was amended via resolution at the November 22-23, 1978 Meeting. This is the language as amended.
