Deborah "Deb/Debbie" Kerr-Rosenbeck is the current Treasurer of the Genesee County Libertarian Party. She is married to LPNY Chair Jim Rosenbeck. She was a delegate seated with the delegation of the Libertarian Party of New York at the 2018 National Convention.
