Bowen Chapel is a Life Member of the Libertarian Party and was a delegate seated with the delegation of the Libertarian Party of Kansas at the 2018 National Convention and an alternate seated with the delegation of the Libertarian Party of Kansas at the 2020 National Convention.

Biography

Bowen was the Information Systems Director of the Libertarian Party of Kansas from October, 2017 till May, 2019, managing the Nationbuilder Database and the website for the party.

Bowen is the current Kansas State Coordinator for the Libertarian Party Radical Caucus and has been so since 2016.
