Jerome Joseph Klasman (April 3, 1928—March 1, 2000) was a founding member of the Free Libertarian Party of New York and served as its second chair from 1972 to 1973.

Biography

Klasman was born on April 3, 1928 in Huntington, West Virginia, a son of Joseph and Bernadine (Smith) Klasman. He served in the United States Navy from May 16, 1945 to October 11, 1947. Klasman worked at WMAR-TV in Baltimore and later joined WTOP-TV in Washington, D.C. as an account executive. Hed marrie Linda Long on June 19, 1964 in Greenwich, Connecticut.
