Purpose
This is a tag template for articles that you or someone else believe -- for whatever reason -- should be rewritten.
If you disagree and wish to remove this tag, please document why it shouldn't be on the article's talk page, especially if you are removing the rewrite tag.
If you have any reason to believe that someone may object to rewriting the page, it might be a good practice to document why it should be rewritten on the article's talk page.
