Avens O'Brien has been involved in Libertarian activism since the 1990s. She is an active member of the California Libertarian Party, and a member of Pro-Choice Libertarians caucus.

Disclosures

My parents were involved in the co-founding or early development of Libertarian Parties in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and they ran for public office as Libertarians. I grew up attending events with my parents, and did my first independent activism in 2004, which I volunteered with Michael Badnarik's presidential campaign.
