The Merrimack County Libertarian Committee is a local County Committee and currently structured under the authority of the Southern New Hampshire Libertarian Party that covers Merrimack County. Within the SNHLP Bylaws, the MCLC may be begin the chartering with the Libertarian Party of New Hampshire with a process that automatically begins when several criteria are met.

The current committee lacks membership and leadership due to the SNHLP s membership base being heavily derived from Hillsborough County, and not Merrimack.
