There have been multiple entities calling themselves the Radical Caucus or linking themselves to such entities.
- Radical Libertarian Alliance (1969-1971?) arguably a direct predecessor. Its publication was The Abolitionist.
- Libertarian Party radical caucus (1972) anti-voting, anti-party caucus that dissolved in the mid 1970s
- Libertarian Party Radical Caucus (1979) Highly influential caucus from 1979 to 1984
- Rothbard Caucus (2004) attempted resumption of the 1979 Radical Caucus from circa 2004
- Libertarian Party Radical Caucus (2006) Ongoing caucus sparked by the Portland Massacre that serves as a resumption of the 1979 Radical Caucus.
