Michael "Mike" Nichols was a Libertarian Party activist in the 1970s, serving as an officer of the Libertarian Party of New York as Secretary (1973-1974), Vice-Chair (1974-1975), and At-Large (1975—1977).
Biography
Nichols first got involved in the Libertarian Party "by a midnight phone call to help check and assemble petitions gathered during last summer's [1972] campaign. He later became Operations Chairperson for the party, among many other duties before his election as Secretary in 1973. He continued to serve on the State Committee until 1977.
