Resolved at the May 24, 1975 LNC Meeting: 

National Headquarters general expenses shall be paid from general Party funds.

Note: This was indexed in an official Resolution Index and identified as Resolution 29 therein. That document also seems to note that this was amended via resolution at the May 14, 1978 Meeting. This is the language as amended.
