Resolved at the March 12-13, 1983 LNC Meeting: 

MAILING LIST ORDERS: The National Committee requires the National Director to ask for a 50% deposit on all mailing labels or lists ordered in the future except for commercial mailing list houses or organizations that have a perfect track record of paving within 30 days for the previous year.

Note: This was indexed in an official Resolution Index and identified as Resolution 239 therein. It is noted that this was amended at the September 2, 1987 and December 6, 1987 meetings. This is the amended language.
