Delta Asher Hill (formerly known as "Chase Tkach") is a political activist from Orleans New York and is an advocate for sex workers’ rights and harm reduction. They were an At-Large State Committee Member of the Libertarian Party of New York and founding Chair of the Orleans County Libertarian Party.
In 2019, they ran for Orleans County Legislature At-Large and received 12.1% of the total votes; this was considered the highest percentage of votes received by a third party candidate in Orleans County, New York’s history. They are also the author of the best selling “new release” Sexual Liberty: Memoirs Of A Sex Worker's Fight For Freedom.
