David Helfter

David Helfter was the co-founder of an interest group called "Friends of Democracy" that campaigns for election law reforms in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. He was involved in the Libertarian Party of North Dakota and was attending classes at Minnesota State University Moorhead.
