==Ballot Access==
Until 2008, the Libertarian Party of Tennessee did not have ballot access. On January 23, 2008, a joint lawsuit was filed in Tennessee against the restrictive 1972 ballot access law. On Septemeber 20, 2010, the ballot access law was struck down in the case of Libertarian Party of Tennessee v. Goins. However, a new law has not yet been passed by the Tennessee legislature to change the ballot access law so the Libertarian Party of Tennessee does not yet have full ballot access.

==Elected Officials==
