Resolved at the December 7-8 1985 LNC Meeting: 

RECLASSIFY BALLOT ACCESS COMMITTEE AS SELF-FUNDED ACTION COMMITTEE AND AUTHORIZE FUND-RAISING SUBCOMMITTEE: RESOLVED, that the Ballot Access Committee be the first SELF -FUNDED ACTION COMMITTEE and, further, that its fund-raising subcommittee be the Libertarian Party Ballot Access Fund.
